How do I get started?

Does everyone qualify?
No. Our service is selective, and not every applicant will be the right fit. This will be discussed during the initial consultation. Successful matching depends on your relationship goals, suitability, and the calibre of members currently within our network.
Is there a fee involved?
Yes. Our services are an investment in your future, and fees vary depending on the package you chose. Finding the right partner can be one of the most valuable investments you ever make.
Can I get a refund?
As our services involve time, expertise, screening, and personalised matchmaking, refunds are not offered once you have engaged a package. We encourage all clients to review the options carefully during the consultation process before proceeding.
Do I have to be single?
Yes, Matchmaker & Co works with individuals who are genuinely single and seeking a monogamous, long-term relationship. Applicants must be clear of any past relationships, not living with a partner, and separated for at least six months.
What happens if I need to freeze the membership?
We understand that circumstances can change. You may meet someone special before your membership ends or simply wish to take a break. In this case, your membership can be placed on hold for up to six months. After that period, the membership will conclude.
Can I ask for a phone number on the date?
We ask that phone numbers are not exchanged during the date. This helps create a relaxed, no pressure environment where both people can simply enjoy getting to know each other. If there is a mutual interest, Amy B can help facilitate the exchange of contact details the following day.
Who pays for the activity or dinner?
The individuals on the date are responsible for covering the cost of their own dinner or activity. You are welcome to split the bill if all parties agree.

No they are not.
Does everyone have to be a member to go on a date?
