Does everyone qualify?
Matchmaker & Co is a selective and personalised matchmaking service. To ensure the highest calibre of introductions, not every application will be accepted. Each enquiry is thoughtfully reviewed to determine whether we are the right fit for your relationship journey.
Is there a fee involved?
Yes. Our services are an investment in a more intentional approach to finding love. Membership options vary depending on the level of personalised matchmaking and support you are seeking. A meaningful relationship is one of life’s most valuable investments
Can I get a refund?
Due to the time, expertise and personalised attention invested in every client journey, memberships and services are non-refundable once the matchmaking process has commenced.
Do I have to be single?
Yes. Matchmaker & Co is designed for individuals who are genuinely single and seeking a meaningful, long-term relationship. All applicants must be emotionally and practically available to begin a new chapter.
What happens if I need to freeze the membership?
We understand that life can evolve unexpectedly. If you meet someone special or wish to take some time away, your membership can be placed on hold for up to six months, allowing flexibility while protecting the integrity of your matchmaking journey.
Can I ask for a phone number on the date?
To ensure every introduction remains relaxed, comfortable and free from pressure, contact details are not exchanged during the date. If a mutual connection is felt, Amy B will personally facilitate the exchange of details the following day.
Who pays for the activity or dinner?
When a compatible match is found, Amy personally arranges a relaxed breakfast or dinner introduction where two people can meet naturally without pressure or expectation. A Curated Introduction Experience fee of $69 applies to confirm your place, with meals and beverages purchased separately at the venue.
Each individual is responsible for their own dining or activity costs. This allows both people to enjoy the experience comfortably and focus on what truly matters, getting to know one another.
What’s the difference between a dating app and a Matchmaker.
Dating apps offer endless profiles, but often come with uncertainty, frustration and superficial connections. Does everyone have to be a member to go on a date
No. At Amy B’s discretion, suitable individuals may be considered for introductions without holding a full membership. Every introduction is carefully assessed to ensure alignment, compatibility and genuine relationship intent
